CURENT RESEARCH INTEREST

Thin films/bylayers based on titanium dioxide (TiO₂) obtained by thermal evaporation in vacuum, laser ablation and magnetron sputtering methods. TiO₂ nanotube arrays layers prepared by electrochemical anodization. The characterization of obtained materials by means of: structural (X-ray diffraction – XRD), morphological (scanning electron micrpscopy – SEM, atomic force microscopy – AFM), optical (ellipsometry) and surface chemical composition (X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy – XPS, Auger electron spectroscopy – AES) methods.
